About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-onHead of ITto lead our technology operations on-site in Miami. This position is ideal for a highly skilled IT leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and can balance strategic oversight with direct technical involvement.

The Head of IT will oversee daily IT operations, manage a small team of IT professionals, and ensure that internal systems and client-facing IT services run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You will report directly to the executive team, supporting decision-making and business continuity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the IT department, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are clearly defined and effectively executed.

Oversee infrastructure, networks, servers, and security systems to maintain uptime, scalability, and data integrity.

Manage daily help desk and ticketing operations, ensuring timely response and resolution of IT requests.

Coordinate on-site and remote technical support for internal staff and clients.

Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
