Job summary
Simpro Group is seeking a Director of Engineering in Miami to lead the engineering organisation across our product suite, migrating from a legacy monolith to modern microservices and mobile apps. You will embed an AI-first culture to empower engineers, shorten delivery cycles, and strengthen customer outcomes.

Qualifications
- Senior, in-person leadership position based in Miami.
- Lead engineering organisation across legacy monolith to microservices and mobile apps.
- Embed an AI-First engineering culture to increase capability, speed, and outcomes.
- Partner with Product and C-suite to shape the technical roadmap with architectural health in mind.
- Oversee migration from AWS EC2 monolith toward AWS EKS microservices.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering teams while maintaining ownership culture.
- Drive engineering velocity, quality, and predictable delivery with scalable processes.
- Attract and retain top engineering talent globally, including travel to multiple offices.
- Establish engineering standards and liaison with Product and leadership for alignment.
