Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years managing Beauty Field Sales employees.
• Must be located in the Miami, FL market.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate, develop, mentor, and retain a dynamic sales team of Beauty Educators and Retail Account Coordinators.
• Manage the development of Beauty Educators and Retail Account Coordinators.
• Weekly touchbases with direct reports.
• Complete documentation for employees such as reviews and performance actions.
• Identify training needs and conduct in-store trainings with BEs/RACs.
