Job summary

Coldwell Banker is seeking a Regional Support Specialist to assist agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts from a local office. You will help with technology questions, social media support, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role values organization, tech-savviness, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Travel within the region may be required to support multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience; real estate office experience is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and their marketing use
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with PCs, Macs, and mobile platforms; ability to navigate software
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort with multiple office tools
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences including agents, managers, customers, and vendors
• Customer-focused, delivery-oriented, multi-task capable, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Willingness to travel to additional offices in the region as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices and promote support teams
• Assist agents with technology, processes, and operational questions
• Provide basic social media and marketing support and manage office social accounts
• Foster a friendly, inclusive office culture and reinforce agent value proposition
• Coordinate with other teams to address transaction-related questions or issues
• Assist onboarding with training on company tools and introduce partners
