Job summary

DO & CO is seeking a Cook / Line Cook for the Miami Formula 1 VIP Area (Paddock Club). Join our team during the marquee event and contribute to high-standard hospitality for VIP guests.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, support mise-en-place, and learn from experienced chefs while enjoying competitive hourly pay and the chance to travel with DO & CO's global events team.

Qualifications

• Must be fully flexible from Wednesday 30th April to Sunday 4th May.
• Team player with strong communication in a busy kitchen.
• Willingness to learn – training is provided.
• Good knife skills are essential.
• Excellent communication to keep a fast-paced kitchen running smoothly.
• Not intimidated by high volume environments; hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities

Formula 1 racing is coming to Miami and DO & CO are excited to be there in full force to create an incredible experience for all our VIP guests.

A day as our Cook / Line Cook

• Supporting the kitchen teams with mise-en-place
• Working in different sections of a busy kitchen
• Partnering with experienced chefs to help develop your culinary skills
• Using the best quality ingredients to help produce our fresh, quality food
• Ensuring the kitchen is kept to a high standard of hygiene
