DO & CO – Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix, VIP Area – Cook / Line Cook

Formula 1 racing is coming to Miami and DO & CO are excited to be there in full force to create an incredible experience for all our VIP guests.

A day as our Cook / Line Cook

Supporting the kitchen teams with mise-en-place
Working in different sections of a busy kitchen
Partnering with experienced chefs to help develop your culinary skills
Using the best quality ingredients to help produce our fresh, quality food
Ensuring the kitchen is kept to a high standard of hygiene
