Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a skilled Crane Operator and heavy equipment operator for its Derwood, MD Transfer Station. You will operate Mi-Jack crane, front loader, bulldozer, and excavator, with responsibilities including moving containers and supporting yard tasks.

The position requires 3–5 years of heavy equipment experience, a GED/HS diploma preferred, and the ability to work rotating day/night shifts, with lifting and respirator requirements as needed. Benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience operating heavy equipment including Mi-Jack Crane.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work from heights; must qualify to wear a full-face respirator.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mi-Jack crane to move containers from trucks to railcars.
• Back up other equipment operators as needed and assist with yard tasks.
• Assist mechanic on equipment repairs and perform other duties as assigned by Shift Supervisor.
