Job Summary: Provides patient advocacy by modeling standards of performance and communicating to meet patients' needs for service. Assists registered nurses in direct patient care, focusing on activities of daily living. Ensures a safe and therapeutic environment through observation, interaction, and group activities.
Specifications: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences preferred; comparable behavioral health experience may substitute for the degree.
Experience working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients.
Excellent written communication skills required.
C.N.A. Preferred: 2% pay differential for active CNA license holders.
Schedule: 32/64 Part-Time Nights, every other weekend.
