Job summary

Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network seeks an experienced trainer to promote, coordinate, and teach Adult, Youth, and specialty MHFA modules to educators, community members, and local organizations across six counties in Texas.

You will become certified MHFA instructor, deliver trainings in various formats, manage instructor credentials, and build partnerships with community centers. A background in behavioral health and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in public speaking, teaching, or training.
• Behavioral health setting experience preferred.
• Experience in community outreach and building partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Promote, coordinate, and teach Adult, Youth, and specialty MHFA modules.
• Become certified MHFA instructor and conduct trainings.
• Deliver trainings in classroom, e-learning, or blended environments.
• Recruit and credential MHFA instructors; manage recertification.
• Develop relationships with community centers and MHFA coordinators.
• Coordinate training schedules, registration, billing, and evaluations.
• Arrange and set up trainings; produce course reports and data entries.
• Attend community meetings to market MHFA and establish partnerships.
• Obtain CEUs for MHFA trainings as needed.
• Answer inquiries via phone and email promptly.
