Job summary

ID Logistics in Salt Lake City is seeking a Reach Forklift Operator/LTO to handle putaway and picking, moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting of products. Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm; Pay Rate: $20.50hr. Safety is our #1 priority.

You will operate PIT equipment, load/unload, prepare shipments, and follow customer instructions to ensure accuracy. Requires 1 year warehouse experience, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and PPE compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
• 1 year of experience in a warehousing/distribution environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods.
• Follow PPE standards in the distribution center (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, vest, etc.).
• Safety-first attitude is required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered industrial equipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Follow customer requirements to ensure accuracy: load count, product stability, and safe loading/unloading.
• Complete daily inspections of equipment.
• Maintain good housekeeping; clean as you go.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Operate PIT equipment as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

A successful Reach Forklift Operator/ LTO will be responsible for putaway and picking of products, along with moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting.

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded.
• Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.
• Complete daily inspections of equipment.
• Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
• Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can't be self-corrected to the leadership team.

Requirements
