Job summary

ID Logistics US is hiring for immediate openings in a New Jersey warehouse. You will load, unload, stock, and stage products using a high reach forklift, while maintaining equipment and following safety rules.

Weekend shifts with structured pay and benefits await a reliable candidate ready to grow with the team. Work in a cold warehouse environment, coordinate with multiple departments, and participate in inventory control and housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
• Inspect assigned equipment daily and operate safely and efficiently in accordance with methods and OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations, stack and store, and prepare for shipment.

Requirements

Immediate openings available

Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.

• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
• On a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and

OSHA standards.

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products

are loaded and shipped.

• Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or

containers.

• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality

variances.

• Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security

are maintained.

• Assist in physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count,

stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.

Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service,

Transportation and Maintenance.

• Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
• Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe

conditions that can’t be self-corrected to the leadership team.

• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance

when observed.

• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Weekend 1st Shift : Friday - Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Pay Rate: $23.00 /hour plus $1.50 differential +$1 After 90 days

Weekend 2nd Shift : Friday - Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Pay Rate: $23.00 /hour plus $2.00 differential +$1 After 90 days
