Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Georgia is hiring a Trainer to lead onboarding training and safety observations for warehouse staff. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7pm–3:30am, with pay of $20.75 per hour plus a $1 shift premium and attendance incentives.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of MHE experience, safety training, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include delivering classroom and hands-on training, certifying associates on MHE, and supporting safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Related technical experience in warehouse operations and training.
• MHE experience with sit-down and pallet jack is required; stand-up types preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and training delivery is essential.

Responsibilities

• Present training to associates and communicate clearly with teams.
• Evaluate RPM on ramp-up forms and outline steps for success.
• Assist with creating a work reference guide.
• Train and cross-train associates and outside workers.
• Support operations as needed by leadership and management.
• Certify associates for MHE operations.
• Participate in safety and training initiatives.
