Reid Health is seeking a Manager, RHPA Quality to oversee quality review and improvement across the hospital and RHPA. Under the Director of Quality, you will manage daily operations, participate in committees, and ensure compliance with CMS rules and accreditation standards.
You will lead data collection, regulatory surveys, and performance excellence projects, driving a culture of safety and accountability across the organization.
Mgr-RHPA Quality 7660 Quality About the Position Under the direction of the Director of Quality, the Manager is responsible for the overall management of quality review and improvement processes for the Hospital and RPA and other designated areas.
Education and Experience Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in health related field or Bachelor’s Degree in other field Experience as leader in the Quality is preferred. Licensure and Certification RN, LPN, RHIA, RHIT, CPHQ, CPHRM or other healthcare related credential helpful.
