Reid Health is seeking a Medical Records Coordinator to maintain complete, accurate medical records and support coordinated care under PACE guidelines. This role manages EMR documentation, scanning, and routing of records from internal and external sources to support continuity of care and care planning.
The candidate will ensure records are complete, compliant with HIM guidelines, and accessible to the Interdisciplinary Team for timely follow-up. Prior billing/coding experience is valued.
About the Position The Medical Records Coordinator is responsible for maintaining complete, accurate, confidential, and timely participant medical records in accordance with organizational policies, HIM guidelines, and CMS PACE requirements. This position coordinates the collection, review, scanning, electronic filing, and routing of medical records and clinical documentation from internal and external sources to support continuity of care, clinical follow-up, and care planning.
