Magna leads a dynamic program management role focused on automotive stamping programs in the United States. You will head cross-functional teams across production, quality, engineering, purchasing and finance to deliver launches on time and within cost targets.
The position requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least five years of managerial experience in stamping. You’ll work onsite in South Carolina and drive process improvements, tooling, and supplier collaboration.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS: Lead cross-functional program teams to successfully deliver product launches and production programs, ensuring achievement of timing, quality, cost, and business objectives. Develop program plans, define team responsibilities, allocate resources, and track progress against key milestones and performance targets. Manage customer expectations while providing regular program status updates, maintaining effective stakeholder communication, and leading program review meetings. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks using structured project management and quality tools, including FMEA, lessons learned, and corrective action processes. Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, and suppliers to ensure flawless program execution from development through launch and series production. Manage program budgets, capital expenditures, tooling, equipment suppliers, and change management activities to achieve financial and operational objectives. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 requirements, company policies, customer specifications, audit requirements, and continuous improvement standards, including 5S and operational excellence initiatives.
Pay range: $115,000 - $140,000 annual
