Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, is seeking an HR Manager who recognises culture as key and can create an enabling environment that brings out the best in our team and delivers memorable guest experiences.

You’ll develop programmes to foster a positive work climate, welcome and orient new staff, manage employee records and ensure legal compliance, plus explore creative ways to inspire the team and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years’ related experience in Human Resources.
  • Some college courses in Human Resources or Employment Law preferred.
  • Must speak fluent English.
  • Other languages may be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create programmes to foster a positive work environment for every single employee.
  • Support and administer an annual team member satisfaction survey.
  • Welcoming and orienting new members of staff.
  • Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.

What We need from you:
  • High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent
  • 2 years’ related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred.
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Other languages may be preferred

The annual salary range for this role is $57200 to $71500. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
