Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an HR Manager who champions culture and creates an enabling environment to bring out the best in our team and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will foster a positive work environment, support annual surveys, welcome new staff, and drive initiatives to inspire and motivate the team while ensuring compliant HR records and policies across the organization. The role emphasises inclusion and wellbeing in a global hospitality context.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years’ related experience in Human Resources
  • Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred
  • Must speak fluent English

  • Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures
What We need from you
  • High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent
  • 2 years’ related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred.
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Other languages may be preferred

The annual salary range for this role is $57200 to $71500. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
