Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance or 4 years’ experience.
• 5 years’ experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants or 5 years’ experience presenting analytic results to audiences.
• 5 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting related to healthcare data.
• 2 years leadership experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Job Summary

This position manages the data sets, analytical tools, and reporting functions required to deliver strategic provider network insights. This role leads a team of analysts, developing their quantitative capabilities while leveraging professional pricing models to drive reimbursement negotiations and business growth strategies. Additionally, the position fosters key internal and external stakeholder relationships and actively implements innovative data methodologies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance OR 4 years’ experience.
• 5 years’ experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants OR 5 years’ experience in presenting analytic results to both internal and external audiences.
• 5 years’ experience in requiring data analysis and information reporting related to healthcare data.
• 2 years leadership experience.
• Negotiation, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• PC proficiency to include Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in a supervisory/management position.
• Experience with the development and delivery of business intelligence related to provider reimbursement calculations.
• Experience generating prospective financial modeling of provider reimbursement scenarios
• Experience in Project Management
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python and/or Dataiku (Data Science Studio)

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base Pay Range

$112,200.00 - $202,600.00
