Pediatrix & Obstetrix is seeking a dedicated maternal-fetal medicine sonographer for our Marietta, GA clinic. You will perform detailed fetal anatomical surveys, assist with procedures, and document findings for physician interpretation.

The role requires ARDMS-certified training with ongoing education and the ability to work collaboratively within a perinatology team. You will ensure accurate reporting, maintain patient safety, and participate in coverage across locations as needed.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited sonography program with degree in ultrasonography or equivalent.
• Maintain or be eligible for ARDMS certification (OB/GYN or FE).
• ARDMS OB/GYN or Fetal Echo (FE) certification or eligible to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Must provide evidence of continuing education credits to fulfill accreditation requirements.
• NT experience or certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform detailed fetal anatomical surveys, including twins and triplets, and acquire data for interpretation by a physician.
• Assist physicians with procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling.
• Accurately document exam findings, measurements, images, and procedural details in ultrasound reporting systems.
• Record patient history, indications, and pertinent observations per protocols and regulatory standards.
• Generate clear, comprehensive preliminary reports for physician review and final signature.
• Review completed studies with interpreting physicians to communicate findings and support diagnostic accuracy.
• Maintain documentation compliance with policies, accreditation requirements and safety standards.
• Rotate to other locations as needed to cover Sonographer absences.
