Job summary

Value Innovation Labs Inc. seeks an MFCS Techno - Functional SME/Architect with 10+ years in Oracle Retail MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA and ReIM implementations.

You will translate business needs into designs, drive development and deployment, and apply AI-assisted development tools. Proficiency in PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, Oracle APEX, REST APIs, Kafka, Middleware/ESB concepts, JSON/XML and OIC is essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate configurations and designs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail MFCS applications (MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM).
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, driving them through development and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools is mandatory.
• Strong skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX development, REST APIs, Kafka, Middleware/ESB concepts, JSON/XML and OIC.

Title: MFCS Techno - Functional SME/ Architect

Job Description:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and driving them through development and deployment.
• Hands‑on experience in leveraging AI‑assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.
• Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX development, REST APIs,Kafka,Middleware/ESB concepts , JSON/XML and OIC ( Oracle Inegration cloud)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, and solution designs.
