Job summary

Burgeon IT Services LLC in Irving, TX seeks an experienced Oracle Retail specialist with 10+ years of experience in MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA and ReIM. The role requires hands-on implementations and strong design translation from business requirements to technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising applications (MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM).
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical designs and drive through deployment.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.
• Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX development, REST APIs, Kafka, Middleware/ESB concepts, JSON/XML and OIC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate requirements and solution designs.
• Contribute to design, development and deployment of Oracle Retail MFCS projects.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery quality and speed.

3. Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and driving them through development and deployment.
4. Hands-on experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.
5. Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX development, REST APIs,Kafka,Middleware/ESB concepts , JSON/XML and OIC ( Oracle Inegration cloud)
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, and solution designs.
