Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five years of progressively responsible experience.
• Experience in higher education or program administration is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend monthly virtual student check-in meetings with the MFA Director.
• Maintain general email correspondence with students and faculty.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Financial Aid, and Registrar to support recruitment and enrollment.
• Assist with residency planning, faculty contracting, and billing as needed.
• Support planning for January residency and Spring semester.
