Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Distribution Requirements Specialist for our Mexico City team. You will manage the movement of materials between manufacturing regions and selling warehouses, coordinating with brokers, carriers, and customs to ensure on‑time delivery and compliance.

Responsibilities include SAP-based PO creation, KPI reporting, and collaboration with CSR, logistics partners, and internal customers to resolve issues and optimize cost and delivery times.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution planning and import/export processes.
• Ability to prepare and present KPIs with root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of logistics service providers and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Purchase Orders; manage SAP data for visibility.
• Coordinate with brokers, customs, and internal customers to execute movement.
• Track shipments and ensure compliant customs clearance.
• Prepare monthly KPIs with analysis and improvement plans.
• Provide bookings and manage export processes.
