Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office; strong data entry and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with SAP inventory transactions and MS Excel
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of logistics, packaging management, and material flow.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to analyze complex data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to support production demand and satisfy supplier and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, production disruptions, and premium freight costs.
• Provide logistics support for inbound/outbound material movements and packaging shipments.
• Develop packaging concepts for new programs with cross-functional teams.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate SAP inventory records and timely transaction processing.
• Analyze variances and drive continuous improvement in inventory control.
• Understand and execute requirements within external customer systems for visibility.
• Support transportation and freight optimization initiatives to reduce costs.
• Assist audits and adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
