Job summary

Scentsy Inc. seeks a Country Manager, Mexico to lead regional sales, marketing, and training initiatives supporting international growth.

You will work closely with Scentsy Consultants to focus key touchpoints across the consultant lifecycle and deliver strategic GTM plans for the Mexico market. You will partner with Integrated Marketing, Social Media, and Sales Training teams to ensure campaigns and content are aligned for Mexico and potentially wider regions, while delivering training and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of training experience in the direct selling industry.
• Demonstrated presentation, writing, and editing skills.
• Strong project and program management fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to gain buy-in from key stakeholders through communication and collaboration.
• Strong analytical abilities with quantitative mindset and business judgment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute growth opportunities in the Mexico market with a clear GTM plan.
• Review analytics on sales, recruiting, and retention to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and sales training to align strategy for Mexico market.
• Prepare presentations on growth initiatives for leadership decision-making.
• Develop and deliver training content for Scentsy Consultants via calls, meetings, and events.
• Provide training and coaching to consultants leveraging existing programs and tools.
• Coordinate strategies for Consultant retention in the assigned market.
• Conduct targeted research and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
