Job summary

Scentsy, Inc. (Corporate Office) in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Country Manager for Mexico to lead regional sales, marketing, and training initiatives supporting international growth.

The role interfaces with Scentsy Consultants to ensure key touchpoints are focused and managed across the Consultant lifecycle. Responsibilities include GTM planning, analytics reviews, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering training content to Consultants via calls, regional meetings, and events.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Proven presentation, writing, and editing skills.
• Strong understanding of Scentsy ethos and culture.

Responsibilities

• Identify, strategize, plan, and execute growth opportunities with an enterprise GTM approach.
• Review weekly and monthly analytics to identify opportunities in sales, recruiting, and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Training teams to align campaigns for the Mexico market.
• Prepare presentations on growth initiatives for leadership evaluation and decision making.
• Deliver training and coaching to Consultants using existing programs and tools.
