Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a Metrology Calibration Technician to calibrate and repair process measurement equipment across the site. You will support testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in metrology/calibration, strong instrumentation knowledge, and experience with calibration-management software such as SAP or MAXIMO. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or science required.
• GED with 6+ years metrology/calibration experience acceptable.
• Minimum 4 years metrology/calibration experience.
• Strong instrumentation & controls knowledge.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams & technical docs.
• Experience with calibration management software (SAP, Blue Mountain RAM, ProCal, MAXIMO).

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and repair measurement equipment across site.
• Lead systematic problem solving and cross-functional investigations.
• Participate in metrology projects within the department.
• Record activities and write work orders with accuracy.
• Lead calibration activities as scheduled with supervision.
• Maintain documentation and ensure standards compliance.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements are followed.
