Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Clayton, NC is seeking a Metrology Technician II/III to calibrate measuring equipment and provide troubleshooting support across FFEx and production sites. You will ensure accuracy and traceability, perform scheduled calibrations, and document activities in the system.

In this role you will lead calibration activities, mentor junior staff, and participate in cross-functional investigations. A strong instrumentation background, 4+ years of metrology experience, and a GMP mindset

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related engineering or science required.
• HS diploma with 6 years calibration experience acceptable.
• Minimum 4 years metrology/calibration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and repair measuring equipment on schedule.
• Lead systematic problem-solving and investigations.
• Document activities and write work orders.
• Lead calibration activities with guidance from Metrology Lead.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
