Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Metrology Group Leader to provide technical and operational leadership for a team supporting laboratory instrumentation in a regulated pharma testing environment. The role ensures compliance, reliability, and availability of instrumentation to support critical testing activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in laboratory operations, metrology, instrumentation, calibration, validation, or related technical field in a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily activities of the Metrology team.
• Ensure instrumentation is maintained, calibrated, qualified, and compliant with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate workload, priorities, and resources to meet objectives.
• Support investigations, deviations, non-routine events, and CAPA.
• Review and approve technical documentation including SOPs, protocols, reports, and training records.
