Zusammenfassung

Eurofins is seeking a Metrology Group Leader to provide technical and operational leadership for a team supporting laboratory instrumentation in a regulated pharmaceutical testing environment. You will oversee daily metrology operations, ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a scientific/technical field (engineering technology, instrumentation, IT, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory operations, metrology, instrumentation, calibration, validation, or a related technical discipline in a regulated environment.
• Experience troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation and documenting investigations, deviations, non-routine events, validation activities, or corrective actions.
• Experience authoring or reviewing GxP documentation, including SOPs, protocols, reports, investigations, and training records.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects while meeting quality and client expectations.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship now or in the future.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support the daily activities of the Metrology team.
• Ensure instrumentation is maintained, calibrated, qualified, and compliant with quality/regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate workload, priorities, and resources to meet objectives.
• Support investigations, deviations, non-routine events, and CAPAs.
• Review and approve technical documentation (procedures, protocols, reports, investigations, training records).
• Mentor and develop team members and foster a collaborative culture.
