Accurate Marking & Manufacturing (AM&M) in New Kensington, PA, is seeking a Lead Metrology & CMM Programming Supervisor to mentor an inspection team and drive precision. You will program Mitutoyo CMMs using PC-DMIS (MCOSMOS exposure a plus) and lead first-article and in-process inspections to ensure part conformance to GD&T and drawings.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and continuous improvement within ISO 9001 and AS9100 frameworks, with opportunities to influence processes and training

Formación

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing inspection experience.
• Experience with manual and CNC CMMs.
• Fluent in blueprint reading and metrology software.
• ASQ Certified Quality Inspector preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop the inspection team.
• Program and operate CMMs to perform dimensional verification.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure conformance.
• Document AS9102 data and maintain ISO 9001/AS9100 records.
• Collaborate with production on nonconformances and corrective actions.
