Keysight is seeking a seasoned Calibration Lab Manager to oversee the calibration lab and manufacturing product line activities in California. You will ensure quality, drive continuous improvement, and manage a team of 10–20 staff, aligning with regulatory standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field with 6+ years in metrology or quality assurance.
• Proven supervisory/team lead experience (3+ years) in a technical setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, AS9100, NADCAP).
• Solid understanding of dimensional metrology, electrical/electronic theory, and test methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead workflow of calibration lab and manufacturing product line activities.
• Ensure procedures, work instructions, and forms are kept up to date.
• Manage budget and performance metrics across the department.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with LEAN, 5S, and Six Sigma.
