Job summary

MICRO is seeking an Automated Inspection Programmer to develop and maintain measurement systems ensuring product quality. You will program optical, CMM and vision systems, review specifications and collaborate with NPD teams to meet timelines.

Responsibilities include Gage R&R, first article inspections, and generating documentation. A strong background in GD&T and metrology is required, with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of GD&T and measurement system analysis.
• Experience with PPAP and measurement validation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Program automated inspection equipment for quality measurement.
• Develop fixtures and gages for inspection.
• Perform Gage R&R and measurement system analysis.
• Conduct first article inspections and process capability studies.
• Lead metrology initiatives with moderate complexity.
