Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical subsidiary, is seeking a Metrology Programmer for the 2nd shift in Minnesota. You will create, edit, and maintain automated inspection programs, interpret reports for CNC corrections, and read blueprints with GD&T concepts.

The role requires 2+ years programming automated inspection equipment, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. Join a team focused on quality in a highly regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of programming automated inspection equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; MS Office proficiency.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience in regulated industry (FDA/ISO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create automated inspection programs and routines for various equipment.
• Edit automated programs.
• Maintain the file system for all revision-controlled programs.
• Assist employees with interpretation of reports to expedite needed CNC code corrections.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T concepts.
