Job summary

Bunzl Distribution is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth across the Metro New York geography. This role focuses on both account management and new business in a B2B distribution environment.

As part of the Processor organization, you will handle distributor relationships, support accounts receivable, and collaborate with internal teams. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, a strong customer-service focus, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience.
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI and CoPilot.
• Experience with MS Dynamics or another CRM tool.
• Ability to plan daily/weekly sales and operations by geography.
• Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by prospecting and building new distributor accounts.
• Grow existing relationships with exceptional service and margin growth.
• Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs.
• Provide timely sales forecasts and communicate with leadership.
• Promote Bunzl products and pricing strategies within accounts.
• Develop new accounts and manage territory planning.
