Job summary

Garage Beer in Metro New York is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive volume growth across distributors from a remote base within the footprint. You’ll build an annual distributor business plan, align investments, and execute market presence to win in the local beer market.

You’ll lead a sales representative, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and travel within the region to ensure strong execution, retail visibility, and measurable business results for Garage Beer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years in beverage or CPG sales with distributors.
• Ability to analyze data sources and tell visual stories.
• Remote role with travel within footprint and occasional industry events.

Responsibilities

• Drive partner-focused sales with Distributors
• Collaborate on annual Distributor Business Plan (ABP)
• Bring Garage Beer marketing to life locally with distributors
• Develop target account lists for distribution and display
• Execute chain and independent distribution and in-market displays
• Lead in-market sales activities and retail execution opportunities
• Direct a sales representative and ensure achievement of priorities
