Job description

Join to apply for the Metro Area Sales Manager - San Antonio role at Stellantis.

The Metro Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and FIAT dealerships within the San Antonio, TX territory. The ASM will serve as a liaison between the dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development, including forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line, ensuring dealer orders meet market demand, and managing monthly vehicle scheduling to maximize production capability within the area. Additional responsibilities include reviewing minimum sales responsibility (MSR), providing consultation on improvement opportunities, analyzing dealer financial statements, and advising dealers on enhancing their retail operations. The role also involves ensuring advertising and marketing initiatives align with corporate messaging and branding guidelines, as well as maintaining high levels of sales satisfaction at all dealerships. The ASM will motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to achieve higher performance levels while meeting internal goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of sales or marketing experience
  • Reside in or near San Antonio, TX, or willing to relocate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership and achievement history
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving goals
