The Metro Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a revenue-generating sales position working with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and FIAT dealerships within the San Antonio, TX territory. The ASM acts as a liaison between dealers and Stellantis, assisting in retail development, forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line, ensuring dealer orders meet market demand, and managing monthly vehicle scheduling to maximize production capability. Additional responsibilities include reviewing minimum sales responsibility (MSR), analyzing dealer financial statements, and consulting on opportunities to improve retail operations. The role also ensures advertising and marketing initiatives align with corporate branding and maintains high levels of sales satisfaction across dealerships. The ASM will motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to achieve higher performance levels while meeting internal goals.
