Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking operators to prepare and maintain production areas and equipment while performing tasks scheduled by the MRP system. You will follow detailed work instructions, conduct quality checks, and report deviations to the Team Lead as part of a collaborative manufacturing team.

Candidates must have manufacturing experience and be able to work under 5S, ESD, and EHS protocols. Specialized certifications, such as torquing and electrical crimping, are required or will be

  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Language proficiency in local language required.
  • Willingness to obtain special process certifications.

  • Prepare and maintain production areas and equipment.
  • Perform manufacturing tasks as scheduled by the MRP system.
  • Follow work instructions and conduct quality checks.
  • Identify parts and report deviations to Team Lead.
  • Pack finished vehicles and/or parts for shipment.
  • Complete tally sheets as required.
  • Adhere to 5S, ESD and EHS regulations.
  • Perform self-inspections and maintain process qualifications.
  • Perform all assembly tasks and other manufacturing requirements.

Job description

  • Perform manufacturing tasks as scheduled by the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system,
  • Perform operations within alignment of the work instructions,
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the production process,
  • Identify parts,
  • Promptly report any deviations or quality concerns to the Team Lead,
  • Packing finished vehicles and/or parts for shipment,
  • Completing tally sheets when required,
  • Adhering to 5S, ESD and EHS regulations,
  • Perform self-inspections,
  • Maintain special process qualifications as required,
  • Perform all assembly tasks and other manufacturing requirements as instructed.
  • All classifications are subject to skills and ability evaluation within the ILUO process.

Experience & Background
  • Manufacturing Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language is required for daily operations, safety compliance, and team collaboration.
Special Process Certifications

Candidates must possess or be qualified to obtai special process certifications in the following areas:

  • Torquing: Mandatory for all operators.
  • Electrical Crimping: Required.
  • Sealant Application: Restricted to trained and certified operators.
  • Riveting: Restricted to trained and certified operators.
