Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Metering Field Scheduling Analyst I to coordinate field activities for meter installations, replacements, and maintenance in the Richmond, VA area. The role focuses on scheduling, resource coordination, and customer communication to ensure timely service updates and accurate work orders.

The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of related experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities both independently and in a team

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills.
• Experience with SAP, CBMS, or SOAR is a plus.
• Ability to work non-traditional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technician appointments based on availability, urgency, and location.
• Coordinate field resources and monitor daily schedules.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates.
• Maintain accurate work orders, technician assignments, and activity records.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical issues.
• Analyze scheduling data and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, managers, and internal teams.
