Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company, through WECTEC Staffing Services, seeks a Metering Field Scheduling Analyst to coordinate field activities for metering installations and maintenance in the Richmond area. The role includes scheduling technicians, prioritizing resources, and maintaining accurate records to ensure on-time service.

The position requires 0–2 years related experience, a HS diploma (Associates preferred), and the ability to work non-traditional shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree a plus, min of HS diploma.
• Analyze information throughout the day in the performance of responsibilities.
• Manage multiple activities, remote resources, and constantly changing priorities.
• Learn systems such as SAP, CBMS, and SOAR.
• Keyboarding skills.
• Work non-traditional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field activities for meter installations, replacements, and maintenance.
• Schedule appointments for metering technicians based on availability, urgency, and geographic proximity.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize and allocate resources.
• Monitor field operations to ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards.
• Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, including work orders, appointments, and technician assignments.
• Analyze scheduling data to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Help develop schedules and forecasts for metering projects.
• Provide support to field technicians by resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing logistical issues.
• Collaborate with metering supervisors and managers to ensure agreement on departmental goals.
