Job summary

FirstEnergy is seeking a Meter Services professional to manage field scheduling and issue resolution for the Distribution function. The role emphasizes safety and coordinating with CREWS, FieldNet, and SAP-enabled processes.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of related work experience and a willingness to travel to FirstEnergy sites for field work and emergencies as required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety across Meter Services activities.
• Schedule work and resolve issues in CREWS and FieldNet; support other areas with CREWs, FieldNet and ZCMW issues.
• Coordinate with Call Center, Distribution Control Center, EC&M, designers and schedulers for design requests and scheduling.
• Assist with creating letters and reviewing inventory for meter-related issues and field follow-up.
• Assist during emergencies and travel to FirstEnergy locations as needed.
