Zusammenfassung

City of Round Rock is seeking a Meter Services Supervisor to lead the meter services team and oversee field work order operations. The role plans activities, coordinates installation, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of water meters.

You will analyze AMI data, report KPIs and implement process improvements while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with city policies.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months advanced study or training at a community college, vocational, business, technical or correspondence school preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in AMI, Meter Maintenance, or Utility Services.
• One year in a supervisory or lead capacity/role.

• Provides day-to-day leadership of the meter services staff and ensures a high-performance, customer-service oriented environment.
• Develops, analyzes and reports AMI data and KPI metrics; uses data to improve business processes.
• Inspects and evaluates work, approves timesheets and conducts performance management for staff.
