Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of advanced study or training preferred at a community college or vocational/technical school.
• Five or more years of experience in AMI, Meter Maintenance, or Utility Services.
• One year in a supervisory or lead capacity/role.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership of the meter services staff to ensure a high-performance, customer service-oriented work environment.
• Develops, analyzes and reports AMI data and KPI metrics to improve processes.
• Inspects and evaluates work, approves timesheets and conducts performance management for staff.
• Oversees all meter service operations, including installation, maintenance, and testing of water meters.
