Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in meteorology, atmospheric science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, physics, CS or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and statistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in SCADA data quality control and anomaly detection using statistical and ML techniques.
• Collaborate with plant operations staff to troubleshoot underperformance issues.
• Support root cause analysis for underperforming assets and develop corrective actions.
• Perform routine analysis of fleet-wide operational and meteorological data to assess asset performance.
• Communicate technical findings and insights to stakeholders via reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Assist with data collection, validation, cleansing, and organization from multiple sources.
• Support development and maintenance of performance monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Conduct research on industry performance trends and meteorological analytics best practices.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Operations, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Support special projects related to asset optimization and data science.
