You will drive business development, manage a broad customer base of OEMs, machine shops, and manufacturers, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of outside sales experience in metals distribution, service centers, or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, and related alloys.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
• Prospect manufacturers, OEMs, machine shops, fabricators, and industrial customers.
• Expand existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Develop strategic territory plans to maximize revenue and market share.
• Build long-term relationships with purchasing managers, operations leaders, engineers, and executives.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand production requirements and demand.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through order fulfillment.
