Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a production environment.
• 7 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• GET or GERT radiological training certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate workers in transporting, processing and packing radiologically contaminated waste to meet production goals.
• Allocate resources to meet production and shipping targets; assess staffing and operations.
• Ensure compliance with radiological, environmental, OSHA and other regulations.
• Develop safe work plans using waste receipt data and documentation.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews and staff development to improve productivity.
