Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in a production environment.
• Minimum of 7 years leadership/supervisory experience.
• Preferred 8 years of production experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of workers transporting, processing and packing radiologically contaminated waste.
• Provide leadership to supervisors, shift leaders and managers to ensure production goals are met.
• Allocate resources to meet production and shipping requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with radiological, environmental, OSHA and other oversight groups.
• Maintain time and production records per policies and procedures.
• Recruit, develop and retain staff; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
