Qualifications

• BS or MS in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science & Engineering.
• Internships/co-op in metals-related industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-melt processes like open die forging, radial forging, hot rolling.
• Develop metallurgical expertise in Nickel, Titanium, and specialty steel.
• Improve process efficiency, yield, cost, and cycle time.
• Apply thermal/deformation modeling to optimize products.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality to enhance safety and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement activities (5-why, CI tools).
• Support customers with thermo-mechanical data.
• Support Product Eng and R&D in new products/processes.
