• Experience in medical device manufacturing and process engineering.
• Hands-on metals manufacturing and process development experience.
• Direct Nitinol manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with cardiovascular/stent, orthopedic, or neurovascular devices desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and data-driven process optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes for Nitinol and other metal-based medical devices.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Metals Manufacturing Engineer to support New Product Development (NPD) and pre-commercial manufacturing within a medical device environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands- on experience in metals manufacturing, process development, optimization, troubleshooting, and scale-up, with a strong preference for direct Nitinol manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes for Nitinol and other metal-based medical devices.
